My grandfather passed away and I'm unexpectedly traveling 1,000 miles to the memorial service on short notice. I have very little time and money to prepare. My appointment was scheduled the next day and they extended my warranty for one last free alignment. It would have been difficult to make it there otherwise. They were able to kindly explain the issue to me in layman’s terms. They addressed the issue as quick as they could and the wait area was extremely nice.
