The local Chevrolet dealer failed to do any diagnostics on my problem. Upon sharing that information with JOE, he immediately began doing research to solve my problem. As it turned out, the local Chevrolet dealer did an insufficient diagnosis of the problem and cost me almost $2000 in additional cost to affect a repair that was covered by a GM bumper to bumper warranty at the dealer. Joe solved my problem in less than eight hours and return my car back to a functional state after having it held hostage by the dealer for two months because they didn’t want to do a low cost warranty repair. I would recommend these guys to anybody. They’re problem, solvers, diagnosticians, and they want to help people. They have a customer for LIFE and me.
