Great service at that Rivergate location, I cannot give the same opinion about Charlotte pike location

Because they had free coffee. Lol It was a pleasant experience. Everyone was very friendly and nice. I've found my car repair home. Thank you.

Got the truck fixed in a timely manner and done right. There was also a sign that said if I refer a person there that I would get $40 oil change. I asked the associate and he said no. Please explain why, if you have it advertised. I referred someone but they refused

Good pricing with coupon special, no pressure to buy more parts or services, friendly front desk person. Waiting area was kinda hot...no air flow in that room. Otherwise. I was very satisfied.
