Outstanding customer support.

The guys were great. Explained up front that it was a VERY busy day and I would have to leave the car--which was fine. When I did bring it back, they actually finished quicker than I expected and did a great job. I had two old tires that needed to be removed from the 60 year old rims and they did that also, at no charge. I was VERY happy and will definitely continue my tire needs with Big O Mustang. Thanks for the great service.

They got me in quick to replace my flat tire and then they saw I had another issue on another tire that they couldn't repair so I bought replacements. The ability to get in and out without a long wait was great so I came back two days later and bought two more tires and the black gentleman that put on my first set remembered me, shook my hand as I told him I was back again for more tires.
