They were very helpful! I went into BigO because of a manufacture defect in tires that i bought at Big O, but didn't realize they weren't Big O brand. The manufacturer wouldn't honor a full replacement but this store stepped up and went the extra mile to provide a great deal on a different set of tires that would fall under the warranty. They were great!

Personnel was very helpful and friendly. Job was completed quickly.
