Tony has always been good to me. This location is the only place I bring my vehicles. They always inform me when they find anything wrong, inform me of every cost and allow me to choose the work i can afford and do not pressure me into unnecessary, work. I trust these mechanics for all my work.

The service at Midas on Manchester Expressway in Columbus, Ga was excellent. Very professional, polite employees. The waiting area was very clean. I enjoyed looking at the photo albums of the shop's owners mission trips.

The online process was simple and straightforward! I was able to make an appointment in a matter of minutes! The customer service I received made me feel valued and appreciated as a paying customer! Although I didn't wait on my car, I was pleasantly surprised at how soon it was ready!

Scheduling my appointment for the next day was easy. As I was walking into the building, the desk attendant was already checking me in! The wait time was not long. I wanted my tires rotated but they are greater than 5 years old. They weren’t rotated but I wasn’t charged. I had a couple coupons - one for the oil change/tire rotation. It was initially applied but removed once tires weren’t rotated. The second coupon was applied so I still received a discount. My truck was parked in front of the door as I exited - no need to try to figure out where it was parked! Everyone was professional and friendly. A great awesome experience!
