The staff is always friendly and upfront. They let you know the issue and give you a cost before services are rendered. When I schedule appointments online I receive a call within 15 mins to confirm it.

An associate phoned me before my appointment to find out exactly what I wanted done to my vehicle, he explained very well what would take place. I confirmed my appoint. On the day of my appointment I dropped off my vehicle, was called with what was found, cost for repair and time it would take to finish the job. I told them I needed to discuss the problem with my son. Called back and told them to repair the vehicle. They didn’t twist my arm or try to scare me into repairs. Everyone I spoke with at that location was kind and professional. I had no complaints.
