Nice and excellent customer service

The staff at my Midas is friendly, courteous, and funny! I love those guys! They always explain car lingo in a way that I can understand. They are patient and kind and have one of the cleanest restrooms I have ever seen. Seriously! To me, thats important especially since I always wait for my vehicle. Another thing I love is the the way they communicate among each other . They respect each other and their customers even when the customer is rude to them. Thank you guys! Im a customer for life!

I got the car 2012 so i got a 4year battery life out of it. Not bad.

Had an online appointment between 8 and 10 but they scheduled me at 9. I arrived at 7:50 and was told they service vehicles at they come in. Overall great service and the earlier the better.

Took the vehicle into the Midas shop at 7:00am and back on the road after the repair was completed by 11:00am. Excellent service and very courteous.
