The staff members I dealt with were all OUTSTANDING! They were ready for me when I showed up early for my appointment. They got my vehicle in, examined the exhaust system, and quickly determined the extent of my needed repairs. They completed the repairs on time - fantastic as my car is a 2002! When I picked it up, they provided me with my paperwork so I could be on my way quickly. I'm glad I chose this Midas location in Laurel, MD!

I am always welcomed with a smile. All of the mechanics are friendly and willing to answer your questions. Frank the man who processes all the paperwork and gets you started and finished is always extremely patient and friendly. As a woman, I don't feel taken advantage of, my options are presented as a choice. Getting my car maintenance at this location feels like HOME!

Jesse is an excellent mechanic although my automobile is of an early version it drives like new when I leave the shop. I will always return my auto for needed service. I had excellent service at a N.E. DC location many years ago.

Mechanics were excited to see us bring in a 1994 Toyota Hiace from Japan. Gave a ton of good recommendations on items to address. Let us be involved with the inspection, answered every question and concern. They even thanked us for bringing it in!
