The service was excellent and fast. The folks at Midas did a great job in getting the part and installing it correctly.

I was greeted first with Joy, N addressed for my visit, N given A smooth answer 2 the time N actions for my request, as well as the work bein done I felt N was told it was done with Joy, this my Satisfaction over all

I tried to schedule the appointment on line but never heard back from the shop, so I arrived without scheduling. They were able to take me immediately and did the work while I got a cup of coffee across the street. The Midas representative called me when the car was ready. He asked whether I wanted my air filters changed, which I had already done myself, but was not pushy and did not try to sell me things I didn't need. That is why I trust this store and will return when it needs major repairs.

They did an outstanding job. My car hasn't driven/stopped this smooth in 2 years. And this was a walk-in appointment.

Every person down to the mechanics were extremely kind, thorough and transparent during the process. The front desk operator was extremely kind, I will be returning to Midas for future visits at the Alexandria/Arlington location!

State safety inspector passed my car but said my rear brake pads were near the minimum thickness. Midas inspected front and rear brakes, agreed the rear pads should be changed, didn't try to talk me into replacing the rotors or also doing the front brakes, replaced the pads at a reasonable cost and had me on my way in a few hours. Highly recommend.

I was a walk in and they were able to squeeze me in and fix a difficult tire issue of mine. Even though it took longer than expected I really appreciate the service that I got, it seemed like a busy understaffed time but they did get with what they had!!

The work was done within the time. There was a clear explanations of other works that should be done.
