Went in without an appointment. Problem was identified and resolved all within an hour while I waited. Very good service.

I had traveled to Alexandria from NJ when my engine and battery lights came one. The reviews were really good so I emailed a request for an appointment. I got a call that they were overbooked, but I could bring my car in at 10am, bring it in before 7pm or drop it off to be looked at first thing in the am. I went after 7pm to drop off the car. There was a box with envelops and pens that said last door. The last door had no lockbox or slot for the key. I walked back and forth multiple times looking for a slot. My Uber arrived and I had no place to leave my key. I had to pay to cancel my Uber and only left with the option to come back at 7:30am on my vacation. I was told when I returned that the key could be slid under the door smh How would I know that. Other than that Adam, Shane and another guy were GREAT! They were even honest enough to tell me I could make it back to NJ with the issue they found and didn't lie and tell me they had to fix it. They let me know exactly what was wrong, price to fix it and that they would be happy to repair it. I was extremely pleased with their service. i just suggest a better way to leave you key for overnight drop offs.

Great customer service from Jerry and the whole crew. This was my 2nd time there for service. First time was for an exhaust leak on my 2003 Audi. Arrived there in the late afternoon on a Sat, quickly diagnosed and repaired. Jerry gave me options on how to fix the problem. On this visit we took a look under the car and I could see where the remaining problems were on the exhaust system and a missing body panel. Again, I was given several options on what needed to be done. I didnt experience any extra up sell or suggestions for things that needed to be fixed, which so many other places seem to push. While waiting for my car I witnessed several long term customers bring in and pick up cars, which reinforced my positive option of this place. Would highly recommend.

I was told what the problem was and exactly what needed to happen to fix the problem. Then the team set about fixing the problem and it was completely fixed - as promised. Straight forward and honest -- you can't beat that.
