Was told "About 30 minutes" for an emission inspection and it took almost 2 hours (1 hour 50 minutes). My car did not even get into the garage for over an hour. No respect for a customer's time.

The front desk gentleman has excellent customer service skills. There was a minor problem with the maintenance message not going away, which he let me know about and kept me apprised of it being worked on while I waited to leave.

"Wrong Diagnosis by Michael and his team on sound issue of my Nissan Murano. I was made to pay $1150.00 by way of 2 Invoices for $749.54 & $399.09 to take care of sound issue, which was never resolved. Instead both the wheel bearing were replaced with wrong"

The staff was very friendly. If I could suggest one thing. It would be coffee and maybe a Pastry /donut while we wait. There is a Dunkin' donut right there beside your location. That would be wonderful. Thank you!
