It was quick and simple. Dropped of my wheels and explained what i wanted. Associate was more than accomodating even when the tire size i originally had on the vehicle wasnt available.

I was schedule for a Walmart tire appointment at 7 am that morning on 12/22/2023. When I showed up they said they didn’t have my tire and couldn’t do anything about it. I was planning on getting my popped tire replace then driving to home for Christmas immediately after, so this put me in a frenzy. I didn’t know if I would be able to make it home for Christmas, I called a couple tire stores and no one could help. Finally I called big o, they had an exact match! I told them I would be right over, they put on the tire in under half an hour and I was on my way back home for Christmas!

My trailer had a bad tire and I was in a time crunch as I had a scheduled delivery the next day. Big O found the right size tire, went across town to get it, and had it installed the same day. Thanks for the excellent service.

When I brought my other vehicle in for service the guy I spoke with was very helpful and very friendly. He was an excellent listener and had an answer for all my questions. Thank you
