I’ve used this shop for years and know all the staff. They always make the work right. Plus they know and have history on all our vehicles from the 95 Land Cruiser, 2000 Yukon, 05 4Runner, 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Talented team!

This was possibly the BEST experience we have had with an auto repair shop. We made our on-line appointment after hours and received an email saying Midas would call when the store opened in the morning. Lo and behold, I received the call minutes after the store opened! Mike was terrific to work with; he confirmed the appointment and we discussed the problem at length (an unidentifiable noise). Once I arrived at the store it was an easy and quick check in. I settled into a comfortable waiting room chair to read my Kindle or I had the option to watch TV. They also have free WiFi. The shop is in an excellent location if you have to wait fo ryour car. Restaurants abound! Mike came out to explain they had throoughly looked over the car and found what they thought to be the cause of trouble. Mike took the time to sit with me and explain exactly what was done and what I should do if the noise reoccured. The price for the repairs could not be beat. We came here as a result of being poorly treated by our dealer. We now knoe we will never go anywhere but Midas for service. Thakn you, Mike and thank you, team. A five star performance!
