The team at the Chantilly location took excellent care of my vehicle after I failed inspection at a dealership. They made necessary fixes by the next morning before I had to leave on a trip and then passed inspection. Had a follow-up incident the following

I have used this Midas for years and I have always felt they have been incredibly honest. Rarely will they recommend additional services aside from saying that they will need to be done probably at the next service, but not today. While I have worried in the past that I was being sold services I didn't need, I have never experienced this at my Midas. The staff is also incredibly friendly and always remembers me and makes time to talk. Thank you, Chantilly Midas!

Mystery noise solved! We had an axle issue that had to be fixed. Mechanic described issue and explained needed repair. It cost much less than I imagined. Im a long time customer and trust Brian and his team with my vehicles.

I have been dealing with this location for about 7 years and the have always been frank, upfront , honest, fairly priced, excellent service and have always stood by there work, they always. I will continue to deal this location till they prove to be otherwise. My experience has been, when you find a good mechanic shop stay with them till they are not. This location is an excellent shop.

Always satisfied with the quality of service. A car dealer had recommended a $2100 repair and Midas checked it out and recommended against. They look out for their customers! Been going to this location for many years.
