Everyone who worked there was courteous, respectful, and I didn’t feel as though I was being take it vantage of. Service was explained, wait time was reasonable.

Always excellent service. I take all of our family vehicles to this Midas location. Brian and Mike are fabulous and the whole team is friendly and helps you understand how these darn things on 4 wheels work.

Brian and his team can always be trusted to do a good job. The serpentine belt and tensioner on my HHR were replaced in 1.5 hours--an excellent time given the limited access to that area of the engine.

They explain issues and solutions very clearly, and they do not sell what is not necessary. In fact, they often offer options. I've been with them since 2004 - 5 cars, 2 young adult drivers, and would recommend them for any transaction.

My oil light came on (red not yellow warning) suddenly and I visited Midas without an appointment. The Midas guys did the oil change in 45 minutes while I went to the bank. No appointment no problem.

Very professional and reliable staff!

I have used this Midas for years and I have always felt they have been incredibly honest. Rarely will they recommend additional services aside from saying that they will need to be done probably at the next service, but not today. While I have worried in the past that I was being sold services I didn't need, I have never experienced this at my Midas. The staff is also incredibly friendly and always remembers me and makes time to talk. Thank you, Chantilly Midas!
