Personnel were experienced in performing the brake repairs that I needed. They took my car at the appointed time.The time that I had to wait was reasonable. They didn't try to upsell me on other services.

I had some muffler work done and an oil change. The shop called me to tell me the best way to complete the work and the price was fair.

Very clear communication on what services were needed and not needed at 60k miles. Clear on price, no upselling on non necessary items, helped determine issues I should address and how to space those out to not break the bank on a bunch routine service items all at once. Also, very friendly
