Routine oil change: Told that about $700 worth of service was needed. I chose to hold off. As I was driving I noticed my car was definitely not the same. I took it back to Midas & was told it was my tire treads which they didn't mention previously. Fortunately I had a warranty on the tires. I went to different service station & they found that the bolts were DANGEROUSLY loose. Midas has lost my business for life.

The Service was slow and the repair of one tire cost me 36 plus dollars which was way more than it should've been for a minor tire repair.

Came in for an oil change and a multi-point check. I specifically asked if they would check the tires as my check tire pressure sensor was on. They said they would. They did not. Now I have to go elsewhere to get the service I was promised at Midas.
