I was scheduled for an oil change. The texted feature of the maintenance check was awesome! It was good to see pictures and hear what really needed to be worked on land what was coming next. The manager explained everything to me - I wish I could tell you his name! He is the manager at the 5301 Broad Street (Richmond, VA) store. Nothing was a surprise and he walked me though everything. I am a customer as long as I am here!

Service is always good, appointments are easy to get and staff is always friendly and helpful

The service was great and loved the pictures. However I didn?t ask for an oil change and recieved one anyways. I just asked for a state inspection and tire rotation. I didn?t say anything because everything else was great

This Midas in particular has always had the best employees and best service. They are gracious enough to explain what my car needs and work w me on what works best for me safety wise and financial wise
