He is the Best Manger MIDAS has had at the Willow Lawn Board St location. He is very hands on with the staff 👏 Do Not move him to another location. I am a long time customer of over 10 years. Thanks

Had an emergency issue with vehicle right at shop closing. Called the shop and they gladly waited for me to get there and had the loaner car ready.

I appreciate that you can schedule work to be done within a specific time frame. The service manager was very helpful and gave me a recap of what had been done. The coupon for a free oil change was a nice bonus.

The staff are helpful in explaining the work needed and what may be needed in upcoming visits. They communicate in a timely fashion and I trust the work they do!

I participated in the painting of the catalytic converter program. My past experience with Midas involved a muffler that I had to get replaced every 18 months. It's too much trouble to keep bringing it in so often when I can just pay more and get a nicer muffler system that will last many years.
