My car was scheduled for a routine oil change. I knew they would give my car a thorough evaluation for anything else that needed service. They were very professional and explained all the work and the costs associated with the work. Gave me the option of completing their recommendations. They were able to take care of everything in a timely manner so I did not have to schedule another appointment. I go there for all my automobile needs as I feel they give me the best competent service.

I was tired of using dealerships that rip you off! Midas of Richmond practices what they preach! The Broad Street location near Willow Lawn has super people and excellent technicians! Definitely recommend and they are a true partner with the community!

The service members are friendly and helpful. The waiting area is clean and the service is performed in a timely manner. I also appreciate the text that includes the overall inspection of the vehicle when the service was being performed.
