The associate took me in for the service even though I was more than an hour before my appointment. All is pleasant and satisfactory.

Having PAUL to help me with everything meant alot. He took his time to explain everything they were doing to my car and why. He put his self in my shoes. I definitely will be returning for any services that need to be done to my vehicle. Great crew

I live in Richmond, and my parents live out of town and are traveling. I'm borrowing their car for several months and encountered an issue yesterday. When I called the shop, I talked to Don and he suggested that I arrange a tow last night. His team provided exceptional end to end service. Don Long was patient, knowledgeable and professional. He made it seem easy to navigate a situation that could have been difficult in terms of ownership, invoicing and payment. My dad was equally impressed, especially how Don provided us with a plan during our conference call and followed it to a T. I was also very impressed by the fact that the car had been through diagnostics by 9AM. I am so grateful for the help.

Also able to utilize the pickup and drop off service of Midas, they came and got my vehicle, I was contacted about services needed and the cost of each service, the services were performed quickly, my vehicle was brought back the same day. Awesome service, I much appreciate it. I have an older vehicle and hope to keep it running for a few more year, with the help of Midas, I think I can!
