The new GM and the staff were very professional and easy to converse with. The GM helped me out a lot when I needed it most and saved me a lot of money!!!

I asked for a differential fluid change, instead of doing it however the tech showed me underneath my car and reviewed his concerns that if he tried to take off the bolt it might break due to rust. He instead gave me a recommendation of where to take it to take care of the problem. I very much appreciated that he didn’t try to do the job possibly causing more damage.

On time and detailed. They checked the tires and determined that they did not need rotation at this time.

I came in because my car was riding like something was clogged in the exhaust system. Lee was friendly and professional and took care of me right away. I highly recommend the Fayetteville location to anyone looking for honest people who do great work!

Everyone was so nice and they really took the time to explain everything to us. They were very upfront with what was needed to be done and the pricing of it. They took care of us and it was the best experience I have ever had at a repair place.
