I was able to get my brakes done at a reasonable cost and they assisted me with getting back and forth to the shop. That to me is an example of exceptional service. Very friendly staff

I had an engine replacement done on may 2019. It took them 6 months to replace it. Once I attempted to retrieve the vehicle something else went wrong. The customer service they provide is mainly based off of the money they plan to make for a particular day

Took my car in for an oil change. Now my steering wheel and front tires are shaking and pulling. They did try to fix the problem by balancing my tires, but the issue is still there. This is the second time this happened. A few years ago, I got all 4 brakes and rotors replaced. Once I drove away, there was a vibration in my steering wheel. Took it back and they fixed the problem. Not sure why I only have this problem at Midas, never happened at the dealership or even Walmart.
