Oil change and trouble shooting of service light revealed a known condition of #3 & #4 cylinder rings letting oil by. Want close to 4 thousand to do ring job. No help from Honda so this will be my last Honda that I will ever own outside of my motorcycle.

Customer service is great but nevertheless my vehicle wasn't a couple days after service, now I have to take my vehicle to the original owner who service the vehicle do to an unexpected signal on my dashboard, not sure if I will continue allowing midas to service my vehicle in the future. Im very disappointed. Sometimes you have to pay more to get quality service.

At Temple Hills Midas service techs and mechanics are the best. Professionalism and honesty goes a long way. Only downside, cost of service is expensive. coupons help, but only so much for major repairs. I just trust the quality of their work.

Serviced the car for A/C problem, each time dye test was done an paid for twice in less than a year. Each time the Dye Test was negative, but refrigerant kept leaking and I had to return the car a third time, and this time the Dye test revealed a leaking module that was replaced. After strong objection to being charged for a full service again, since it appeared I had been charged twice for a Dye test that was never done, a compromise was reached to pay for labor and not the part replaced.

Unsatisfactory outcome twice, first for an emission repair related service and for air condition service. The mechanic was however accommodating and tried to compensate and make it up to me. Even though mechanical service was under par the customer service was excellent. I will continue to patronize the shop.

Diagnostic service was honest and upfront on potential problems and cost of fixes.
