The Manager, Santos, is great at managing the location. He oversees all the work to confirm it is completed up to his standard. Also, while waiting, I watched him explain a repair charge to customer with very a compassionate and respectful demeanor . The customer could not pay the charge to have the service completed, but he worked with her about the bare minimum she could afford so Midas could complete the basics repairs to address the safety of the car. Her car’s brakes were failing, so he helped her not return to the highway in an unsafe car. He exemplified the meaning of customer service! Midas is lucky to have him!
