Great customer service and friendly staff

During check-in, the associate I dealt with was very attentive to my listing of items I wanted looked at and work I was expecting to be done. While these tasks were being undertaken I received updates on additional potential issues they found. BUT there was no pressure for me to have this work done immediately. They documented these issues as items I should keep an eye on and verbally separated the safety issues from the less critical issues AND provided a rough timeline for when I might begin watching for well-explained tell tail signs that would alert me to have the safety issues revisited. I came away very satisfied that, while they had raised issues for me to be aware of, I was not being pressured into "knee jerk" decisions.

The Midas guys are so helpful and informative about what needs to be done for my vehicle and what can wait. They get my vehicle service done in a timely manner and they are affordable.

Service was quick and helpful

I had stopped by the shop on my lunch break to see about getting my wife's Pathfinder fixed. I had no appointment but the guys worked me in and got me taken care of. I really appreciate them working deligently and getting the parts needed for the repair

Midas was excellent. Due to the low profile tires my wheels had to be taken to a local "sister" establishment who did a very poor job and damaged my wheels. I would recommend using a different shop to mount low profile wheels (on expensive rims) from now on or get the proper tire mounting machine so it can be done in house. Again, fully understand this is not Midas's fault, but may reflect poorly on a different less understanding customer. I believe the owner Carlos especially was very patient, helpful, and friendly working with me and my insurance claim.
