I had an appointment for oil change at 1p.m. i dropped my car off at 11 a.m. said I would be back a little after 2p.m. The guy said it will be ready. got back at 2:15 my oil not changed. The guy said the people waiting for the oil change gets done first.

Had to bring back my Nitro a week later for the exact problem they hadfixed. Told me they misdiagnosed problem and I felt I was I had no choice but to pay the price they were asking. Which was additional $600, for grand total of $1100. Just fix it the first time! Why did I have to pay again? Do you think I will ever trust Midas again? My Nitro was held hostage. Really disappointed and will tell 10 others.

I brought in my 1996 Jeep Grand Cherokee for a new muffler. They fixed exactly what was wrong it. They did not say it needed other unnecessary work done it. I was super happy with their work.
