They worked very hard to get me in and out as quickly as possible. They have one of the cleanest shops I have ever seen.

"I took my Chevy Sonic to Firestone on 3/12 for new tires, and also a very bad rattling and bumping from under my car. As a nurse, I was very worried driving and of course I googled all the horrible stuff it could be. They told me ""cant find anything wrong other than your spare tire was a little loose."" As soon as I drove off, the noise continued only louder. I called them 3/14 and was told they could get me back in over a week out! I said you were supposed to fix it!! So they got me in on Friday, 5 days from then!! I was getting more worried, and went online and got an appt with Midas; Mike Maggio called me immediately and said come in tomorrow, this really shouldnt wait. I did and they found the sway bar linkage was bad and needed to be replaced asap. They did that quickly and very well-priced! Doctor Kenny took care of it in under an hour!!! I will be giving all my work to Midas from now on for showing real concern over my personal safety in my car. Midas on Trolley is the BOMB!!
