Professional responses and communicative. Negative - I did not see any fender covers on any vehicles; My carpets were grease stained when picked up. I assume no paper floor/seat/steering wheel protectors. Positive - I asked for, and got, my car stored inside whenever possible. This is a big point for me. I do not leave any of my cars outside day or night, and they acccomodated this, for which I am grateful.
