The staff was welcoming and very thorough. They gave me a great price and were clear throughout the service exactly what was going on.

Scheduled appointment and everything was done to my satisfaction and on time.

The only concern I had was the brake light. I understand about labor charges but the part cost 1.00 and the labor was over 20.00 which only took a few minutes. That's what I don't understand.

Assistant Mgr Kenya was my point of contact when I walked in, I didn't have an appointment, I heard a strange noise coming from my vehicle and I wanted to know what it was. At the desk she made sure the authorized paper I signed was not a bill, just to allow Tech to find out what was the noise. After that was confirmed, she took me to my car allow me to see the problem myself, I agreed to to do the repair, but I didn't have all of the cash at the time. She recommended a credit that I thought was acceptable for me, she even found a way through my age to get discount. She didn't have to do that. She offered me water, and continually assured me that I would not have much more of a wait!!! All in All, I haven't used a Mechanic for a while, but I will always go back to that location. It was an agreeable experience!!!
