Scot in particular was a highly personable individual who explained the repairs at the both the level I desired (as a mechanically inclined individual) and my girlfriend (who is not). He was nothing but professional through the entire experience - we genuinely enjoyed engaging with him. The whole process had excellent speed and communication - consider us highly satisfied
