Customer service is important to me. My wife and I relocated and started using the Hull street Midas. Customer service was not good, so we went back to the Colonial Heights Midas and as usual the customer service was outstanding. They explained everything to us and called us if the vehicle had to be kept the next day.

Fast and friendly service

The drivers window would not go down or up on its own. So Made an appointment to get window fixed. Took it in on Wednesday and left it and got it back on Thursday and window is going up and down like it suppose to. Also got an oil changed to keep up the maintenance on the vehicle. Midas has a car they lent me so I could get home and go to work. The loaner car was clean. That is nice and I thank you for letting me have the car.
