Was greeted with a smile as I described my need for a tire repair, after which she immediately brought the mechanic to look over my tire so that he can make sure it can be repaired. After he confirmed that it was fixable, he patched it quickly and I was on my way. Just prior to this I had a disappointing experience at Good Year, so I was very happy to find you.

The ease of being able to schedule an appointment, show up, be greeted and seated. The explanation from the front desk, the person doing the service, shown exactly what was being described and the the payment. As well as being given the information that was requested for future purchases.

Dan the man was amazing!!!! He saw my daughter on the day before service and told her to take it to Midas and he will make sure that she would be back in her car the very next day. He kept her word and he had the nerve to push her out of traffic. Coming from a mother that is not in town. who’s helpless daughter is in college. He Definitely put my heart at ease. I just went there for an oil change but the guy that worked on my car had to explain to me that I might have a oil leak so they end up doing oil leak diagnostic and he also did a pressure test cooling system to make sure everything was alright, i definitely appreciate what he’s done and I’m more aware of my vehicle now
