I had knocking in my engine and was told by the guys it was a ignition coil (which was not the problem but they still charged me to replace 4 coils and only replaced 1! All of this was confirmed by another midas location) they also stated it was just a bro

The sales associate that assisted us was so helpful and nice. He was open and honest about what our car needed, gave us the best deal that he could, and didn’t try to upset us on anything we didn’t need.

I was greeted with warm friendly smiles who acknowledged me as soon as I opened the door. The gentleman that assisted me was very friendly, courteous, assured me that he would take care of me and answer any questions I may have along with assuring me that he wouldn’t sell me anything that wasn’t desperately needed but would also let me know on things that would need to be done and in a roughly timely frame. Really made me feel like I was not another $ sign customer, I was genuinely treated as if he cared about me and my car not just making that buck. I’ll definitely be a returning customer for my car care needs.

I have been taking my car here for years because its close to where I work. However this last experience was a roller coaster. I made an appointment(for oil change & tire rotation) and when I came in I was told my car would be next. Great I am thinking but

The Associate at the counter on Northside Drive in Atlanta, GA, Collins Smith, was friendly and made me feel very welcomed as a new resident of Atlanta. I also liked how he dealt with other customers, especially an elderly woman who had struggles with payment. He was patient with her and reviewed several options until they arrived at one she could afford to get her Serpentine belt replaced. Other workers at the location were equally friendly and helpful. A great team!

The man who helped with my oil change kept me up to date on the whole process.

Three times I have gone to this Midas location for services (tire purchase, pressure loss, tire rotation) and all three times the service has been fast, pleasant, and excellent.

Excellent service. The guys actually know my name and made it super easy for me to have the car serviced in a timely manner.

As an older woman, I was greeted and treated with respect. Everything that was scheduled for my car was fully explained to me, in advance and in language that I could understand. The customer service, provided by Collins Smith, was outstanding and far exceeded my expectation. Don't know what he is paid, but from my perspective, it is not enough. He represents Midas well. As an aside, I first came to know the Midas Brand from another Midas employee Mr. Copeland, who also went over and above, at your facility in Norman, Oklahoma.

I really needed my tires replaced and they were so accommodating. I felt like they cared and they genuinely wanted to provide stellar service.
