The online appointment setup was easy and I received a call to confirm the appointment pretty quickly. The staff (Charles) was extremely helpful and friendly. The service was done within the expected time frame. The price was reasonable!

They squeezed me in between other appointments, and still got me out in under 2 hours. They are very friendly.

Idk just a very chill but clean and upkept environment everyone there was respectful and I was out of there in like 30 minutes so I can't recommend them enough in fact I was ranting about how my roommates need to start going there for oil changes cause I will definitely be returning

Kenny, who I believe is the manager is extremely transparent, knowledgeable, and helpful concerning service needed, cost vs. benefit, and what the next steps should be regarding service. The technician took me onto the floor and showed the parts that needed service or replacing. I did not feel rushed, pressured, or misled about what care my vehicle needs, and it raises my overall trust within the brand

My tailpipe was damaged when I was rear ended...was fixed within a couple of hours for a reasonable cost. I would recommend this Midas store for any similar repairs.
