Great service, as always!

Throughout all the times that I have brought my car to midas, I have been pleased with the work that has been on my car and pleased with care in fixing my car and friendliness of the staff.

Dustin was awesome. Everything was done in a timely manner.

I had an emergency. I called and they made availability for me. I was greeted friendly upon arrival. They explained the situation to me. They updated account information. They informed me along the way. They test drove the vehicle to make sure everything was in proper working order. The customer service was great. I called the store when I got home and asked to speak with the manager. I let him know I had just left and that his store had done an exceptional job. I will continue to do business with Midas in the future. A JOB WELL DONE!

Appointment scheduled for the same day I called for one. They accepted my car as soon as I arrived. The service did not take too long. Future recommendations for service were suggested and not pushed. Friendly.

I stopped by on Friday to see if they do my front brakes on Saturday. He said he could and gave a price. I dropped off an Saturday and it was ready to be picked up as scheduled. No problems.

"Bringing a ?Northern Yankee? rust bucket in for completely new exhaust system, front struts, rear shocks, and new brake pads and shoes, took all day, but it was well worth the wait. Excellent job by the pros at Midas!"
