Rebecca is the glue that holds the shop together. She is friendly, efficient and courteous to everyone and is very knowledgeable about vehicles. She also keeps the flow of the business going smoothly. I noticed that the technicians work well together in the bay area and they communicated clearly with Rebecca at all times. All of these factors made for a high quality experience.

Josh was able to fit me in without an appointment the day after a holiday when the shop was short staffed. He was very appreciative and thorough. Rebecca was outstanding when I came back in later that day for pick up. Communication was outstanding.
