Big O Tires

Not good, they did not do what I asked+ they don't inform me of a new procedure before they did it . Or should I say showed me. I am not a happy camper. I have been with them a long time. This is enough to make me look some place else for service.

I went in due to a flat tire a few day prior to this visit. After getting a flat repaired for free I came back to replace my brakes and my front tire. I was given a great discount as a repeat customer and will absolutely be returning to replace my other tire, to get my rear brakes replaced and probably my other tires when time. Very grateful

Had some rota tiller tires mounted. Great job. Quick completion. Very good charge for the work. Everything went super smoothly. Great service.

New tire purchase for one car made it drive like new. Found a screw in a tire on my other car this morning. Brought it in to be fixed. They also found a nail in the same tire. Fixed it, checked the other 3 tires for damage, checked the tire pressure all around, AND did all of that for FREE!! I didn't buy these tires at Big O, they came with the car. I was very happy with the service, the employees, the business, and the fact that there was no charge was just the icing on the cake! I've already told my local family and friends. We will all be customers for life. What a great place to do business with!!!! Thanks for being here in Aztec!!!
