Good and good customer service and advice about my car

Firstly, this business location came highly recommended from a business associate. I cane and had then do work on my navigator which was efficient and timely. Thats why I came back gor my breaks. They are always frie dly, informative and have no attitude with the customers. I can also trust the service given and I truly recommend them yo friends and business associates. They ar eone of the first people i think of when I need service.

I called to see if I needed an appointment and Mark said they weren’t busy at the moment and come on in! When I got there he got me checked in quickly and when they found a problem I didn’t know about it was clearly explained to me. I have used this location for my previous car and found the service is always fast, friendly, and pretty reasonably priced.

I used a coupon to get a good deal on this 4-wheel alignment... I asked what my final out the door price would be. I was told it would be the coupon price plus normal tax. When they completed the job that is exactly what they charged me.... NO attempt to upsell or try to convince me that I neeed to buy any extra parts or services.

It was a quick in and out experience. They replaced my tire more quickly than estimated and did not try to upsell me on services that aren’t necessary like other places do. I feel they are honest when something needs to be done, such as my oil change today.

Service was very good. Cost was 50% higher than my other vehicles because they indicated the cost of the oil filter was high on this vehicle.

My family was driving by and decided to stop in to request pricing. They were able to get my truck done right away. So we jumped on the offer. Pricing was reasonable and customer service was great.

The group here always takes good care of us. This tire purchase took a little time to get the tires to the store. However, the install went very well.

Fluids not filled as stated on the coupon I had. Had a coupon for $24.99, still came out to $33.00. They said we gave you an $8.00 discount. Do the math on the numbers there. $8.00 in taxes and fees?

Fast and friendly, store was clean. Associate Ruben Zuniga was knowledgeable and helpful with my choice of tires for what I use my truck for.

Service was good and people all friendly, but definitely tried to upsell on a couple items. I also wanted documentation of the vehicle checks and tire services they performed but they wouldn't provide anything except a receipt that listed an oil change (not everything that was completed).

Customer friendly and prompt service

Struts were hard to find for my vehicle, the staff located them and were able to complete the vehicle the next morning. Good service no issues very reliable.
