The workers were very nice to us.

Antonio, the manager went out of his way to get the tires I needed to get me back on the road. I had a blow out going from Missouri to Las Vegas. I went to Firestone first and they were of no help.

Very easy to deal with

Great service, have used BigO before in different locations. Large sign on the door 10% discount for Military. Was told after purchase the 10% is not for tires? Big O is a tired store so why advertise a 10% discount that does not apply to tire purchase?

I arrived just as the shop opened and communicated to the attendant that I needed to attend a business meeting within the hour. The attendant responded positively, provided me with multiple options and price points. He was jovial and warm in his communications. My need was cared for in less time than I expected.

Felix Otero and Trevor Seymour repaired my Tesla’s tire using the correct procedure and finished quickly enough for me to make it to an appointment later that evening in another city. I’ve since driven 1000 miles on the tire and the repair is holding up well.
