I came into big o tires to get a rotation and balance for my husband’s truck. I had no clue what I was doing. Félix Otero, and James Alvarado, are amazing!! There customer service was on point and answered all my questions. Both were very patient with me as I wasn’t sure how many miles the truck had and didn’t really know much about my husbands truck info. After that I had several more questions both gentlemen were very helpful and answered my questions. They were never rude… I really recommend you come see them for any tire work.. they are very knowledgeable when it comes to tires… I will be coming again, I really appreciate all of there help!
