Gerald was the one that helped me. He was patient, listened carefully and answered all my questions. Informed me of any additional repairs that were needed and set up an appointment to take care of the repairs.

Big O was able to get us in next day with an appointment. I thought we were going to have to wait about an hour, but everything was done in about 40 minutes!

I don't go to town often, and when I do, it is usually an impromptu trip. Such was the case on Wednesday. My pickup truck was due a servicing, so I called the shop to see if they could squeeze me in. They confirmed there would be no problem and, since I would have to wait there while the servicing was being done, they would get me right in. Well, when I got there, I was told there would be a half-hour wait before they could get to me. Fortunately, I was able to take care of another errand I needed to do within that half an hour. When I returned, they had all the paperwork ready and took the truck right in. Had it not been for the delay, there would have been five stars!

Fast and efficient! Had a nail in my tire, fixed me right up. In and out in an hour.

We had coupon.... Tom forgot it. Was in jeep. We use big o all the time.... should have gotten the discount, not e enough asked...

Bought tires. They put them on and over tightened the lugs didn't use torq wrench. Cost additional $$ the following week. Had to replace two rotors and brake s. Rotors got warped

Horrible, took six hours to get four tires put on my truck. Tried to balance the tires three different times and couldn't get rid of the vibration that occurred at highway speeds. They told me they had to order different tires and I would have to come back the next afternoon. Took it to a different tire shop down the road and they had me on the road in 15 minutes vibration free. Went back to BIG 0 to let them know. They didn't offer to wave their labor or mounting and balancing fee ($140) or to pay the bill from the shop that had to finish their job the right way ($45).
