Big O Tires

We came into the store with the tire warning light on. The air in all of the tires was checked almost immediately and the problem identified (sometimes the offending screw is highly visible) and repairs were made promptly. A secondary problem was identified and staff made recommendations and helped us to decide to make further repairs. Excellent Service.

Went to Wal-Mart auto for oil change. They couldn't do this service because the last person to do oil change (Wal-Mart employee) messed up the oil plug . Refused to do service and said they could not compensate us on their mistakes. Went to Big O Tires and they fixed it all. Good job! 100% satisfied!

I had my tires checked and the serviceman pulled them checked them for nails and put them back on with a torque wrench. Was told no charge. I will do my future business here.

Can you believe looking forward to an oil change? Well I do every time I visit the Peeps at this Ruidoso Big O tires location. This time they gave me tips on buying my next new used car. Priceless! Tires are good too. (smile)

Pulled in off highway. I a a regular customer of a Big O in Ruidoso, NM. I was having tread separation on one tire and basiucally all of the tires needed replacing. It was near the end of the day. They stayed late and installed the tires.

It was cold and snowy but the service people did a great job without complaints. They were efficient and thorough. They even made me coffee! I will certainly return to store in the future!
