The team over there is very professional. Kerry helped me in every way to get new tires. I love how they now have the snap program. It helped me get new tires that I desperately needed.

I was given several different options on how to resolve my issues. I felt they were willing to help as much as they could. Friendly environment even while they were so busy!

Kerry Eagle at Big O Tires saved me about $60. I had two broken valve stems. Unfortunately, the Valve stems are actually the pressure sensors. The price from the Jeep dealership: $100 each. Big O Tires price: $70 each. I also appreciate the safety inspection.
