Big O Tires

Kerry was great he was very proffessional and got my wheels in as fast as he could!

Been using this Big O store for several years and with 2 different cars. They are doing a great job of informing you of what you need and why.

We were out of town, ready to head home from Farmington NM, to Roswell, NM when we figured out that the "slow leak" was caused by a screw in the tire. Stopped at Farmington Big O. They were quick and efficient getting us back on the road within half an hour and all for only about $10. You can't beat feeling safe when setting off on a six hour drive.

Service was good. Mechanic should stay job. Have short lunchbreak. Offer to turn rotary instead of having customer buy new ones on. Also get some more comfortable seat ic customer has to wait for 4 or more hours.

I never write reviews but I had to after the service I received at Big-O in Farmington today! Incredible service. The staff was so friendly and helpful. My car has been having battery issues for awhile and they fixed me up in less than 10 minutes. I couldn't believe how knowledgable and helpful the staff was. I will be taking all of my car business to the Farmington Big-O now.

I was very pleased with my visit to this Big O location, I had never been to the one in Farmington, NM, as I live in SW Colorado. I prefer to go to Big O for my car services, but the one closest to where I live in Durango doesn't offer oil changes. So when I had other business in Farmington, I was happy to find out that location did offer them. The employee that helped check me in was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. When the oil change was complete, the tech brought me out to see the fresh oil level in my car, which I appreciated. I would definitely go back to this location!

I was appreciative of the help to get the services done and that application of credit was offered and when it was declined then I was offered another solution which was very helpful and made me feel like the people that worked there wanted to really help customers. The environment of talking is very good and I appreciate that they did everything they could to ensure I was going to be taken care of that day when I just went in with a question .
