I was very pleased with the service, they were able to get me in quickly. Customer service was great, the employee taken care of me, called to ask about a change in the tires originally quoted, very helpful in explanation of tires and other needs. I will definitely recommend them to friends

Professionally greeted by James. He listened to my needs and concerns, pulled up my history on the computer, then based on his initial assessment of my older tires, he said I needed an alignment along with the new tires. I waited while the service was done. The staff was friendly, the service was performed quickly, and the warranties were explained fully to me. James also included a Nation Wide Directory, since he knew I was going to be traveling out of state. I definitely will recommend Big O Tires!! Thank you for your work ethic and professionalism!

Fast and easy. Communicated what I needed and the associate gave me my options and went over warranty for my options. Tires were in stock and was able to get them switched out at the same time.

Called to see if I could get in that day and they were able to accommodate. Quick oil and filter and inspection. Front tires too bald. They found me a suitable and affordable replacement.

We are 6 weeks into an 8 week RV trip across the US. Heard a noise in the trailer brakes outside of Roswell, NM. Pulled in to Big O. They thought it was a something serious-as did we- and pulled the tire and brake from right away. Turned out to be something fixable, they found the parts, and got us back on the road in less than 2 hours. They were absolutely awesome!!! Cannot recommend enough!!

Had an appointment at 8am. New tires were installed and I was on my way in 45 mins.

I had an issue with my vehicle (had been told that it was the Front Passenger CV Joint). I called the Big O location in Roswell. James was great - he said the techs would inspect the vehicle to determine the actual problem. It turned out be NOT be the CV Joint, but a much less expensive issue. My vehicle was ready very quickly and now drives perfectly once again. Thanks, guys!
