Big O Tires

Everytime I go in I'm greeted with a smile. The young lady who helped me went above and beyond... Thank you so much!! I love Big O.

From the time I entered to the time I left everyone was friendly and they did the work efficiently and in a timely manner I never thought to come to Big O for tires but from now on its the place I will be coming to for my tires.

Once again I was very impressed with the quality I received at Big O Tires. The only thing was I was not told that there was a fee or that I had to paid for my alignment. It caught me off guard cause I didn't have the money to pay for this service. So I had to put this on my new Big O card. I would have liked to have been told before the service was done, But maybe it was my fault for not asking.

I hit a truck tire retread that damaged the radiator on my car. James and his staff were absolutely amazing in getting us a motel room and providing transportation to rent a car and a motel room. Fixed the car the next day by replacing the radiator. They all need a raise 😋! Great Staff.

We noticed a problem with our tires on Saturday afternoon, after calling around we found that the tires that we needed for our pickup were available at this location. The gentleman on the phone was friendly and answered all of our questions.

Took car in for tire rotation and as usual, friendly on time service. Big O is a friendly place to do business with.

I was driving in from out of town and was running late to my appointment but I called big o and the salesman that answered said to go ahead and come in. Showed up 30 minutes before closing time and he got me in and out right at closing time. I will definitely be coming back for future purchases.
