Everyone was friendly and very helpful we are from Artesia we got a flat and they took good care of us in a timely manner

It good what's a good place to go and have your tires done

I generally don't give reviews but this operation deserves to be recognized. In a city where mediocre is the norm, the staff at Big O, goes above and beyond, not just in the work that they do but in how they treat their customers. So thank you, I'll be back.

James and his crew were very knowledgeable very polite... They explained everything to me that needed to be done before they did any of the work they explain the price and they were just very helpful I would definitely recommend them again

The service was excellent, and very very fast. My total wait time to replace a tire was less than 10 minutes. The price for the labor was also very resonable

This has a hometown feel they treat you really awsome here and the staff is amazing!

They did not like how the alignment went and communicated that it would take longer and appreciated to have it done correct and didn’t mind waiting for it.

All was good , would have liked to have an explanation of inspection performed and advised of future maintenance or additional work needed

I only wish that I could have afforded 4 tires instead of paying for only two. If I could have been approved for financing, I would be able to purchase two more. But I will have to wait until I save a little. All in all, great service, love my two new tires.

Very friendly and efficient.

They were the only tire store that was open besides Sams Club. I checked with Sams first since I was already on their side of town. They did not have what I needed and Big O did. The people were friendly and helpful and were so busy they stayed late to finish installing my new tires. That was very much appreciated! I was offered financing which I accepted and the salesman was truthful about the high interest rate if not paid in time. That was appreciated also. I'll be back.

My family and I were driving through New Mexico on our way to Texas and got an alert about tire pressure. We called ahead to Big O and James said they could fit us in. When we got there, it turned out that we needed new tires as the tread on one had separated and the others were low tread thicknes. James was courteous and took care of us all the way through and the crew got us back on the road quickly. We are grateful for the excellent service and for being taking care of when we were in need. I would recommend this Big O location to anyone. I posted this review on yelp, too.
