I NEEDED WHEEL BEARINGS PACKED, TORQUE ADJUSTED AND PRESSURE ADJUSTED ON MY TRAVEL TRAILER AND I WAS SERVICED BY A BIG-O MECHANIC IN MY RV PARK. GREAT FAST SERVICE AND ONLY $100 FOR ALL THAT WORK AND ROAD SERVICE. ALSO, I HAD AN EMERGENCY BLOWOUT THAT WAS TAKEN CARE OF IMMED-IATELY WITH THE ONLY CHARGE BEING FOR THE REPLACEMENT TIRE. I LOVE THIS STORE AND WILL GO NOWHERE ELSE FOR ANY SERVICE.

After experiencing my first flat on my RV, I went to Big O Tire to buy a new tire and found out I needed a new spare as well. The well-informed, experienced staff at big'o suggested that I buy two tires and put them on the front and use my best tire as my spare, they were quick and efficient. IWas Surprised at the knowledge they had about their tires, so many different brands. No pressure, just information. I would highly recommend Big O tire!

on Our way to Ft. Huachuca we experienced a tire with low pressure. We pulled off the interstate and Big O was the first tire repair place we saw. We pulled in told them our suspicions and in 10 minutes they had our tire patched and ready to go. They were very friendly and so helpful. Best service I have ever received for this problem.

Went in for a front end alignment within 15 minutes they came back saying it needed a Pittman arm so it went from 69. Dollars to 369 dollars told them truck drove straight till I put the new tires on it their answer was the Pittman arm was wore out and it was moving up and we'll didn't take their word for took it tanother shop and like I thought nothing wss wrong with the Pittman arm front was aligned no problems so beware when you visit this shop
